I have grand intentions of loading some photos up soon - unfortunately, we're in Montana and the connection speed isn't great. But we have had a wonderful week so far, so let me document a few things before time slips away again...
Twice a year, my Wells Fargo team meets in San Francisco. I flew out there last Sunday and stayed for two nights. It was great to see my team members, we had a really fun few days of meetings and touring San Fran. Aaron stayed home with baby girls and did a GREAT job ... its hard to be a single parent and I know he was ready for a break when I got home.
This is my WF Team - overlooking Golden Gate Bridge. L-R: me, Tanya Kaminsky (San Fran), Anh NguyenLe (San Fran), and Janelle Nielson (Portland). Anh and Tanya drove us around to the hot spots in town on Sunday and we had an AMAZING dinner in Sausalito that night. I had probably the best scallops ever (coated in butter and lightly fried - it doesn't get much better than that!) It was really fun to catch up with my team face to face. While I love the flexibility and hours, I do sometimes feel disconnected working part-time.
I got home on Tuesday and we turned around on Thursday and flew to Billings! We're spending the next week in Montana. After a night at Aaron's Aunt Margene's, we drove down to Red Lodge to spent the 4th of July there. Aaron's dad and wife Carol met us and we had a lovely condo across from the rodeo grounds.
Elayna had a BUSY 4th of July! With her grandma and grandpa, she saw her first parade, first rodeo, lots of family, and got lots of love! It was great!
We're now at my parent's ranch in Winston. My mom's family from Texas is flying in this week and we expect a lot of craziness and fun! Pictures to follow soon, of course!
Happy 4th of July to all!!!
